Functions:
- installation of library automation software; adaptation of system settings to meet the library‘s needs; updating the library‘s website;
- administration of the local computer network and e-mail, installation and maintenance of hardware and software;
- administration and online presentation of the databases created by the library; administration of the database for publications by the staff of Lithuanian scientific institutions, coordination of its development and training of its compilers;
- online presentation of the information about the library and the databases created and administered by the library.
