The goals of the Library are:
- To add new titles and to preserve them
- To serve readers
- To provide the Inter Library Loan service.
The department collects books, periodicals and reference material on the subject of philosophy, sociology and arts. The department provides literature to the staff of the Institute of Culture, Philosophy and Arts and the Institute for Social research. The scholars from other institutions and students who are interested in the problems of philosophy, sociology and law are served also.
The department was established in October 1, 1979.
Readers are served:
Mondays - Thursdays 8.30-16.00
Fridays 8.30-15.00
There are 12 places in the reading room.
